Owner Wendy DeFeudis AKA Very Wendy is a knowledgeable and enthusiastic wellness professional dedicated to helping you achieve your personal wellness goals. Whether you are looking to increase your muscular strength, deepen your meditation and yoga practice or explore your creative side with art classes, Very Wendy will work closely with you to inspire and motivate you. Very Wendy is a trained fashion illustrator and artist who has worked with some of the top fashion brands in the world.
