🎃 Last weekend, our Peer Wellness Coaching clients came together for a fun afternoon of pumpkin carving, laughter, and community!

✨ What is Peer Wellness Coaching?
It’s a free, one-on-one program that pairs individuals with a trained peer who has lived experience in recovery. Together, they set wellness goals, build healthy habits, and strengthen recovery foundations through accountability and support.

🧡 Who can join?
Our Peer Wellness Coaching program is completely free for anyone with less than one year of sobriety. Because everyone deserves access to support while building their recovery capital.

🌟 Exciting Partnership Announcement! 🌟

WellStrong is proud to announce our new partnership with the Barnstable County Sheriff’s Office and The BRIDGE Center — a centralized resource hub designed to support individuals who are at risk, re-entering the community after incarceration, or struggling with substance use disorder.

This collaboration represents a major step forward in creating pathways to recovery and connection across Cape Cod. Through this initiative, WellStrong will bring peer-led wellness and recovery support to Barnstable, helping individuals access the tools, community, and hope needed to rebuild their lives. 💙

A heartfelt thank you to Sheriff Donna Buckley and her team for their leadership, vision, and commitment to recovery-centered solutions. Your partnership is helping to make lasting change in our community.

We’re also deeply grateful to the Barnstable County Opioid Abatement Funds, which made it possible for us to bring a Peer Support Navigator to the Barnstable area, and to the Michael English House for joining us in this shared effort to provide connection and support for those in need.

To all of our staff, donors, and supporters — thank you for believing in this mission and helping make this milestone possible. Together, we are building a stronger, healthier Cape Cod. 💪💙

✨ WellStrong was grateful to join our community partners at Behavioral Health Network (BHN) for the grand opening of their Hyannis Medication Addiction Treatment Program. This new program is a vital resource for individuals seeking hope and healing on their recovery journey.

💪 The celebration honored the strength of those walking the path of recovery and united community organizations to share resources, connect, and strengthen support across our region.

🩺 BHN’s program offers evidence-based care for individuals facing opioid and alcohol use disorder, providing multiple treatment options and pairing them with counseling to foster lasting recovery.

Together, we’re building a stronger, healthier Cape Cod. 🌟
