💛 Spotlight on Our Resident Care Director, Micaiah! 💛
If you’ve ever heard the sound of fast footsteps followed by someone saying, “It’s okay—Micaiah’s got it!” …then you already know exactly who we’re talking about. 😉
Micaiah is our resident lifesaver, our team supporter, and quite literally the guy who is always running (yes, running!) down the hallway to care for both his residents and his staff. He’s the heartbeat behind our care team and the person who keeps everything steady, safe, and compassion‑filled.
On any given day, you’ll find him:
✔️ Answering every medical question that comes his way
✔️ Scheduling appointments before anyone even realizes one is needed
✔️ Supporting and guiding the medication management team
✔️ Checking in, following up, double‑checking, and caring from the moment he walks in until the moment he leaves
Simply put… Micaiah IS our CARE. 💛
And when he’s finally off the clock and not racing down a hallway, you’ll find him doing what brings him joy—relaxing and watching the Lakers play. 🏀💜💛
