A Message from Our Founder & Chairman, Giovanni John Barone
Today marks a meaningful milestone for WYNNPHARM Inc. — our 20th anniversary. Twenty years ago, after serving as President of Rotta Pharmaceuticals, I made the decision to establish WYNNPHARM with a vision centered on quality, integrity, and long-term value. What began with a small portfolio has grown into a company offering more than 50 products and a strong presence throughout the U.S. market.
As the industry evolved, so did we. WYNNPHARM expanded far beyond product development and distribution, becoming a full-service partner for health and wellness brands looking to enter or scale within the United States. Today, our capabilities span Total Brand Management, regulatory and compliance oversight, healthcare provider outreach, strategic marketing and creative services, manufacturing sourcing, live customer service, fulfillment and logistics, U.S. sales outreach, and ongoing advisory support. Together, these integrated solutions allow brands to navigate the complexity of the U.S. market with clarity, structure, and confidence.
The transition of operational leadership began more than a year ago, allowing me to step fully into the role of Chairman while ensuring continuity and steady progress. My son and our experienced management team have taken the lead in driving the next phase of WYNNPHARM’s growth, bringing fresh perspectives, renewed energy, and a deep commitment to our mission.
