Meet Erin Davis! Erin is a third-year Doctor of Physical Therapy student at Springfield College, originally from Rochester, NY. She completed her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences with a minor in Nutrition.

A lifelong lover of movement, Erin grew up playing lacrosse and running cross country and track before discovering weightlifting in college. She competed in Olympic Weightlifting for several years and now spends most of her training time doing CrossFit, running, and skiing.

Erin is excited to be completing her final clinical rotation at Fortify Wellness & Physical Therapy and is grateful for the opportunity to learn from Devon, the trainers, and the Fortify community.

We had an amazing time at leading a Mindful Mobility & Strength class.
This class focused on end-range strength and mobility, helping participants build control, strength, and confidence at their end ranges of motion—supporting joint health, injury prevention, and better movement in both daily life and sport.
