Also, get into nature wherever you can, and connect to this frequency. It is the least contaminated, cleanest frequency
In this current environment.
Keep centering back within, continue to rest in your spirit and the creator.
Don't forget to BREATHE deeply here and there.
It will continue to be intense. But you are more powerful than anything this world can throw at you, when you are soul centered. Breath is the connect point, the clearing and the recentering.

New 2-year Shaman class starting on Saturday, October 18, 2025. Most asked questions. How much homework is there? A typed page of things I'd like you to complete, easily done in one weekend. You can expand on that page as much as you like. Some of my students like to do one item a week until completed, which take an hour or less. Easily completed because the classes are held once a quarter. What happens if I miss a class? I send you the information we went over in class, the homework and the handouts, I am available for help, either by text, email or Facebook. How are the payments made? Some people prefer mailing me $50 a month, some prefer to pay the class fee of $150 the day of the class. Is it to late to sign up? No, I do require a $200 deposit, but it's never to late to answer your Soul's calling. I have a private page for my students and it's also a good place for knowledge, questions and finding your tribe. What are you waiting for?
