Go ahead and enjoy a bite — we’re not judging to much!

If it’s sticky… it’s picky about hiding between your teeth.

Did you know that chewing sugar-free gum can actually be beneficial for your dental health? Chewing stimulates saliva production, which helps to wash away food particles and neutralize acids that can cause tooth decay.

So go ahead, grab a piece of sugar-free gum after a meal when you can't brush, but remember—it's not a substitute for brushing and flossing
