Evergreen Commons Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is 240 bed Rehabilitation and Nursing facility surrounded by acres of beautifully landscaped park like grounds, while also boasting walking paths, all accessible to its residents and guests. We are dedicated to providing the best quality and diversity of services with our professional team of caregivers focusing on each resident as a whole person encompassing physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs. We strive to create a homelike environment for all of our residents whether their stay is short or long-term, priding ourselves in delivering excellent customer service.

Evergreen team time ⛳️💚

Today we took some of our amazing team members offsite to The Bunker for a little team bonding — great golf, great food, and even better company!

We love creating opportunities for our staff to connect, recharge, and have some fun together outside the building.

Our next outing is scheduled for 3/19 at 3PM with a different group of staff — and it’s open to ALL staff! 🎉
