The first international teaching training officially started @ Laughing Hummingbird Farm. Heavens pour blessings if you humbly ask for them, there is nothing more amazing than hosting a 23-day healing retreat seeing students we met 7 years ago flying 21 hours from Taiwan and landed in Rhode Island.

Tomorrow Sunday, August 6th, we will resume our weekly I Gong Meditate (IGM) and hosting our 3rd potluck. We hope these students will be able to join and meet as many of you as we join in joyful and soul-quenching group meditation and gong bath.

It’s pouring rain out now, which I LOVE, because it’s like when the world turns into a spa, it’s so cleansing and relaxing.☺️ What’s amazing is after the rain there’s always a chance for rainbows 🌈, and when you see double rainbows, it’s like looking at the mirror and see how beautiful yourself are, inside out!

Come join us tomorrow 6/25, Sunday, we will dance, laugh, meditate, enjoy a gong bath and tea social afterwards. Same time, same place and we will relax, rejuvenate ourselves and have some delicious chai on a carefree Sunday afternoon. See you tomorrow! 🥰💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕🥰

Hello all friends and families nearby, just a quick update, make sure you are all aware the weekly get together to dance, meditate and a gong healing is now changed to every Sunday @3:15 pm if you like to dance or when meditation and gong bath starts. We are looking forward to seeing you sometime soon and just exchange our smiles and giggles. 🥰🥰🥰

We had an absolutely blessed 3-day Memorial Day weekend, with so many beautiful friends and families at the farm to celebrate everything American: freedom to dance, meditate, enjoy a gong bath, tea party, cook-out, cook-in 😂 and get together 💕💕💕. We are most thankful to ALL who have served and sacrificed for the freedom we enjoy everyday. ❤️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸❤️

We had a wonderful first meditation upstairs @ the Whale last Tuesday night and the social didn’t end till 10pm! 😆😅🤣🤣🤣, having too much fun drinking tea, wine, eating French double chocolate cookies and madeleine 🇫🇷🍪🍵🫖🥮 🇫🇷, and talk our hearts out! We LOVE having such peaceful and fun conversations with our friends. We are looking forward to seeing you sometime soon and just exchange our smiles and giggles 🥰🥰🥰.

To all our dear friends and families living nearby, as the end of the pandemic also signifies ending of the much isolation we experienced the last 3 years, it’s time we shall gather together more often to strengthen our collective efforts for soulful and joyful healings. Per many people’s wishes, we are going to have free weekly meditation and gong bath (sound healing) on Sundays as well as free-style dancing with music 45 minutes prior to the meditation and gong bath @3:15pm. After each gathering, we will have tea socials. Every first Sunday of the month we will also gather for a potluck dinner at the farm with karaoke 🎤 singing and dancing.

This is a private relaxation gathering where as friends and families we will support each other with great kindness and wisdom. We are so thankful for being given the farm and wishing to share its abundant healing energy with great healers, dancers, artists, authors, farmers, etc., within our circle of friends.
