I had a health scare this week. I'm not going to elaborate, but I am okay. I'm more than okay. I am incredibly grateful to be alive and be who I am. I deeply love my body for always helping me, always being my best friend, never betraying me and always giving me all the messages I need. I have been through so, so much in this life, and my body and being have gotten me through it all. I am so grateful to myself and the loving support around me.

I am excited to keep living life as my full authentic, intuitive, magically amazing self. 💖☺️🥰🥹🌞

It's hard to remember what day of the week it is this time of year, but it is in fact the weekend! Woohoo!! We are open normal hours this weekend and have great availability for Cave sessions. Come on in and enjoy some peace and serenity on your own, or join a friend who could use some too. We know lots of you got gift cards for Christmas, so there's no excuse to not treat yourself to some self-care!
