WHO CAN PURCHASE A VOUCHER? Any family member or friend or relative of a CAREGIVER.
WHO RECEIVES THE VOUCHER? Whoever is responsible for ongoing caregiving responsibilities of a loved one, i.e. child and/or adult with special needs, mental health challenges, veteran, frail,dementia, Alzheimer’s or chronic illness.
HOW DO I PURCHASE A VOUCHER? Go the Calendar Tab on the Home Page. Click on any event on the calendar. Scroll to bottom to the blanks called “Fill in the Blanks to Sponsor an Event”. (Name of organization is your first and last name.) Hit “send” . We will contact you immediately. OR simply call Deb, 860-460-7279.
DO I NEED TO NAME A SPECIFIC EVENT I WISH TO PURCHASE? No, you can purchase a general voucher for any event in 2015 or 2016.
FASTEST WAY TO GET A VOUCHER: Caregiver Sponsors tab on our homepage or go to rechargedcaregivers.com/fund-a-getaway/ Scroll down and Fill in the Blanks . Name of Org. is your first and last name.
