Welcome to Cobalt Healthcare and Rehabilitation!

We are currently in the process of revamping our beautiful skilled nursing facility, but dont let that stop you from seeing all that we do!

Currently, our facility offers 30 rooms to our residents. Our residents enjoy to do all different type of activites such as trips to Lake Pocotapaug in East Hampton, building stuffed bears, resident luncheons, and so much more! Here at Cobalt healthcare we strive to ensure our residents are taken care of by the upmost professional staff of LPN's, RN's, CNA's, Physical Therapists and Social Workers. We provide 24 hour care to all of our residents and make them feel at home and comfortable while helping everyone with their therapeutic and medical needs.
