Here are some important tips to look for in guiding your choice

• Credentials — being board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, gives your surgeon an immediate leg up on expertise in the aesthetic field. Stay away from self certification places that could be harmful to your procedure

• Training — Assessing someone’s knowledge and experience is important. The best surgeons are ones that have gone through rigorous training, can analyze, create a treatment plan, and execute.

• Warning Signs ⚠️ — It’s okay to go to the newest, or trendiest surgeons however, be mindful of their work & credibility as we tend to see some surgeons enter the field to make money with no regard of the collateral damage they can leave behind.
