🌿 Introducing Grounded Kids Club 🌿

A new mindfulness-based kids program coming to Hartford this spring.

Grounded Kids Club is a supportive space where children ages 5–12 explore:
✨ meditation & grounding
✨ emotional awareness
✨ creative crafts
✨ intuitive movement & dance
✨ connection with themselves and others

Classes are 2 hours, held every other Sunday, and thoughtfully designed to help kids build confidence, emotional regulation, and body awareness — all through play, creativity, and movement.

📍 56 Arbor St Building, Unit 412, Hartford, CT
🗓️ Beginning Sunday, March 22, 2026
👧 Ages 5–8 | 🧒 Ages 9–12

Pre-registration opens soon.

We’re launching monthly creative kids classes blending crafts, dance, and mindfulness to help children express themselves, connect, and create!

🌈 To make this possible, we’re hosting a Community Supply Drive and we’d love your help!

We’re collecting:
🖌️ Glue sticks & tape
🎨 Paints, brushes, & markers
✂️ Scissors (child-safe)
📄 Construction & tissue paper
🧃 Jars, poster boards, table covers
🌟 Glitter, crayons, kids aprons

Every item donated helps us build a safe, creative, and grounding space for local kids.
