Our Resident Ornament Decorating Contest was a festive hit this year!

Residents were invited to create and hang their own handmade ornaments on our Christmas tree, and each creation earned them a raffle entry in their name. The creativity, color, and community spirit filled our halls as the tree quickly bloomed with ornaments made with care.

With 44 residents joining in, the excitement built as we approached the raffle drawing. When the big moment arrived, 18 lucky winners were selected and celebrated for their beautiful contributions.

National Health Care Associates was honored to visit Afya Foundation - The Official Page and present a donation in support of their Hurricane Melissa relief efforts.

Many of our team members have family and loved ones in Jamaica — one of the islands most heavily impacted by the storm. In addition, staff from Riverside Health & Rehabilitation Center have been collecting essentials like bottled water, canned goods, and hygiene items to send as well. Our donation reflects our belief that we are one family, and when a community is in crisis, we step forward together.

This contribution will help Afya deliver urgently needed medical and humanitarian supplies to clinics, community organizations, and frontline responders supporting those affected by Hurricane Melissa.

We are grateful for Afya’s incredible work and proud to stand with them, and with Jamaica as they recover and rebuild.
