Michelle is sharing her inspiring story that started it all. After being diagnosed with Parkinson’s at age 40, she started searching for answers. She found an exercise clinical trial, began training more consistently, and saw real improvements — and so did the friends who joined her early workouts! 💪

Those results became the foundation for Beat Parkinson’s Today: movement that makes a difference and a community built from experience, not theory. 🌟 Michelle's mission has always been about fighting for those with PD, and about leading PWP to better lives and more resources. You can help us continue to against Parkinson's and support our community when you donate this - our campaign is active through December 2nd! https://beatpdtoday.networkforgood.com/projects/261025-fuel-the-fight

Michelle is practicing Gratitude in Motion ✨🌅
Wherever you are, movement can meet you there — even on a quiet beach at sunset. This month, we’re celebrating gratitude in the big moments and the everyday ones: the colors of the sky, the ability to move our bodies, and the people who fill our lives with love and support. 💛🧘‍♀️

Take a breath, take a stretch, and take a moment to appreciate what’s right in front of you. What are you grateful for today? 🙏💫

Monday Moments with Michelle! 🔥Our founder is getting her own workout in while highlighting this month’s theme: planes of movement. Today’s spotlight is the transverse plane—training the body to move with strength and control while twisting and rotating. Michelle brings the challenge. Let’s see if we can keep up!💪

💪 These are the faces of the fight! The true champions who are putting in the work every day to keep Parkinson’s symptoms in check — cheering each other on, sharing fist bumps after tough workouts, and building friendships that go far beyond the gym. 💙

When you give to Beat Parkinson’s Today during our campaign, you’re supporting them — the ones who inspire us every day to keep moving, keep hoping, and keep fighting for a cure.

November Focus: Planes of Movement! ✨Your body moves in three planes — and we’re training in all of them! 💪 Watch the video to see two out of the three examples! Mastering all three planes keeps you balanced, coordinated, and ready for anything. Let’s move with purpose this month! 🙌

⬅️➡️Frontal plane: side-to-side (like those jumping jacks!)
⬆️⬇️ Sagittal plane: forward and back (think hops or lunges!)
🔁🔁 Transverse plane: twisting and rotating for core strength!
