đ Truth: Therapy is also for growth, clarity, stress relief, and creating a more intentional life.
đŤ Myth #3: Your therapist is judging you.
đ Truth: Nope. My role is to hold space, not to critique. Youâll probably find me cheering you on more than anything.
đŤ Myth #4: Therapy has to feel formal and clinical.
đ Truth: Healing happens in relationship. And relationships thrive when theyâre authentic, warm, and real.
⨠Bottom line: Therapy isnât about being âfixed.â Itâs about being supported while you reconnect with yourself in ways that feel empowering and human.
