Wife. Mother. Psychotherapist. I’m also a human navigating financial stressors, relational stressors, life stressors, and all the things in between.

Some days, it feels like I’m juggling 10 hats at once—parenting with love, showing up for my partner, running a business, and holding space for others… all while managing my own “real life” worries that don’t just disappear because I’m a clinician.
