Cassandra approaches every request with a can-do spirit and never makes it feel like asking her to take on extra or unusual tasks is a challenge. She is also the aide trusted with the majority of medical appointment escorts, reflecting her reliability and dedication.

Utopia Home Care was proud to attend the recent meet & greet, where we had the opportunity to meet residents, families, and fellow professionals who are all dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care. Utopia Home Care continues to grow, and we are currently looking for a QA / Compliance Registered Nurse to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced nurse who is passionate about maintaining the highest standards of patient care while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting quality improvement throughout our organization.

The QA / Compliance RN will play an important role in overseeing quality assurance processes, reviewing clinical documentation, supporting staff with best practices, and helping ensure we remain compliant with all state and federal home care regulations. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in home care standards, and committed to excellence in patient services.

Utopia Home Care recently attended the Healthcare Job Fair at Southern Connecticut State University, and we appreciated the opportunity to connect with students and professionals interested in healthcare careers.

It was nice meeting so many thoughtful and motivated candidates and having the chance to share more about the services we provide and the work we do in the community. Utopia Home Care is currently hiring nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, home health aides, PCAs, homemakers, and companions, and we were glad to speak with attendees about these opportunities.

Utopia Home Care is proud to celebrate Delayah, a dedicated caregiver at The Retreat, for winning a $500 prize!

Delayah was randomly selected from an incredible group of home health aides who truly went above and beyond—staying overnight at the building during the recent snowstorm to ensure our residents continued to receive the care and support they deserve.

We had a great time being back at The Towers Assisted Living Community for another wonderful Meet & Greet with their residents!

The event was a fantastic opportunity to connect and talk one-on-one about the programs and services Utopia Home Care offers to support those considering or in need of home care. Residents enjoyed some Utopia swag with one lucky raffle winner taking home a luxury throw blanket and an adjustable pillow — the perfect combination of comfort and relaxation to help get through the winter!

Utopia Home Care and The Towers are proud to be partners, working together to provide valuable resources that promote health, well-being, and independence within this amazing community.
