CPa Medical Billing CPa Medical Billing is dedicated to providing the ultimate medical billing service while becoming a true partner in the success of your medical practice.

CPa Medical Billing (CPaMB), a GeBBS Healthcare company, is a privately owned and operated company, located in East Haven, CT (just outside of New Haven, CT)., established in 2001. CPa was created as a customer service oriented alternative to the big national billing services. A/R Days of 45, 60, 90 or 120 were not the aberration, but the norm. In today’s technological environment of Practice Management Systems, EHR and EDI, at least 95% of Accounts Receivable should fall between 3 and 30 days, no excuses. CPa Medical Billing services range from electronic claims submission only to full practice management including EHR and A/R recovery, medical coding, coding audits, patient access, and patient contact centers. Our team has extensive experience billing for the following specialties: Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Rheumatology, Cardiology, Neurology, Physical Medicine & Rehab, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy and more. At CPaMB, we understand medical practices from FQHC/CHC to large health systems need finances to flow quickly and are committed to making that happen. Our infrastructure utilizes the latest computer software and hardware technology enabling our business to keep pace with the ever-changing healthcare industry trends. As you consider the future of your practice, CPaMB welcomes the opportunity to work with you and your practice to address your financial needs and goals.

Revenue is rarely lost in dramatic fashion. It leaks quietly—through underpayments, documentation gaps, wrap reconciliation delays, denial trends, and workflow inefficiencies.

Protecting revenue in an FQHC environment requires more than billing claims. It requires precision, oversight, analytics, and compliance discipline.

As Tribal health systems increasingly shift toward self-governance compacts and self-determination contracts (often referred to as 638 programs), the definition of “financial health” must evolve. In 2026, a “perfect” hospital RCM score can mask a failing Tribal RCM strategy.

To ensure the long-term sustainability of Tribal healthcare, leadership must move beyond commercial benchmarks and embrace metrics that reflect the unique legal and financial architecture of Indian Country. Learn more on our latest blog: https://hubs.li/Q046FBYL0

Healthcare revenue cycle management is still burdened by fragmented systems, manual workflows, and costly claim denials.

Our new white paper, written by Anil Reddy and Tarun Agarwal, introduces an Agentic AI Platform for Autonomous End-to-End RCM—a coordinated system of AI agents that manages the entire lifecycle from patient onboarding to payment reconciliation while continuously learning and improving. The result: higher coding accuracy, fewer denials, faster cash flow, and less manual work.

Explore how autonomous AI can transform RCM into a self-optimizing revenue engine by downloading our latest white paper: https://hubs.li/Q045NH0B0

Most revenue problems don’t begin in billing.

They begin days before the patient ever arrives—when scheduling gets rushed, eligibility slips through the cracks, and authorizations quietly stall. The worst part?

It all looks fine…until it’s not.

So where do things go wrong? And how do you fix it? Our latest article reveals the answers: https://hubs.li/Q042pkyZ0

Healthcare revenue performance is no longer controlled solely by back-end optimization. Organizations that modernize patient access with AI-driven orchestration will reduce denials, control cost-to-collect, and protect margin in an increasingly regulated environment.

Introducing the launch of iCareONE™ — GeBBS Healthcare Solutions’ secure, AI-powered patient-payer access hub that unifies intake, scheduling, eligibility, prior authorization, and contact-center workflows into one platform—reducing front-end leakage before billing begins.

iCareONE™ empowers hospitals, health systems, and provider organizations to streamline front-end operations, reduce no-shows, accelerate financial clearance, and improve patient experience—without adding headcount.

When RCM workflows fail, it’s rarely one big blow-up.

It’s the slow creep…missed documentation, delayed audits, denials that pile up quietly.

The worst part?

Everyone’s working hard, but the process still feels broken.

In our latest article, we explore how AI is helping health systems catch issues earlier, reduce rework, and give teams space to focus on what really matters.

If your revenue cycle feels like it’s always behind, this is the perspective shift you need: https://hubs.li/Q042pg1V0

RCM has no shortage of AI. Results? That’s another story.

Real transformation is still rare.

That’s because speeding up a broken process isn’t the same as fixing it. If your teams are still firefighting denials or patching gaps after the fact, it might be time to rethink what effective AI actually looks like in practice.

The right partner doesn’t just hand you tech—they help you embed it where it actually changes outcomes. Here’s what to look for as you move forward: https://hubs.li/Q042p5gM0
