Just finished up this 5’ X 7.5’ live edge picture frame kitchen island. It’s the biggest piece I’ve made to date. There were some challenges but I think it turned out great.

Took four days of digging, sifting rock out of sand, packing sand, building a platform but I finally got the mill moved ...

Took four days of digging, sifting rock out of sand, packing sand, building a platform but I finally got the mill moved onto a level solid base🥰. No more worrying about it moving or settling. Still need to build the shack and roof but I’m Ready to get busy milling again.

While mill is out of the question because it’s below zero I might as well get caught up on a few things in the shop.Pond...
