First running event postpartum, and I can't help but be proud of myself for how intentional my training was to get to this place. From working on deep core and hip stability early postpartum to building a VERY gradual walking and running program. To be here without leakage, prolapse symptoms, nor pelvic pain feels HUGE. For once, I was actually a good patient π
and it paid off.
I'm grateful for such a fun and supportive community, and can't wait to build this running game even more this summer.
