Are you experiencing "burn out?"

Burn out is a state of complete mental, physical and emotional exhaustion. You may find it difficult to engage in activities you normally love to. You may even no longer show interest or care about things you've once cared about.

It's important to regain balance. This could be turning to friends or family for support, reevaluate your priorities, make physical activities a priority and/or contacting a mental health professional to help you gain that balance.
