New Class! Mondays at 12:30pm in the Okemos Yoga State studio.

Simple Easy Stretch Yoga is unheated (room temperature) with no music, or if requested very soft and relaxing music.

The movements will be accessible to everyone and this class is for those who want to remain mobile, use breath to enhance their life and stay mentally focused.
There will be a variety of stretches that aren't complicated and set up in a way that feels good to an aging body or anyone who wishes to slow down or is just starting to explore their yoga practice. You will increase range of motion and help maintain balance as well as feel emotionally opened up and relaxed when leaving. We will use some props that will be provided. All you need is your mat!

14 people, 1 house, and the best memories! From yoga ➝ pilates ➝ planes ➝ puzzles ➝ tie-dye ➝ cherry pit bags ➝ grape stomping (and so much more!), this weekend was unforgettable!!
