3 years ago, the Spartan community lost 3 of our own. Today and every day we demonstrate resilience as we remember the lives lost, honoring those who were injured and recognizing the trauma and emotions that come with this day of remembrance. 💚💚💚

Today, we’re shutting down the idea that recovery means freezing, resting forever, or waiting it out. Ice is out. Active recovery is in.

At Resilient PT, we believe healing happens through the PEACE & LOVE approach:
✨ Protect, Educate, Active recovery, Compress, Elevate
❤️ Load, Optimism, Vascularization, Exercise

We’re putting cold, passive recovery on pause and turning the heat up on what actually helps bodies heal: motion, education, and resilience.

We support Ice Out while keeping our clinic open and our community moving.

So grateful for our community 💚

Thank you to everyone who contributed to our food & basic needs drive! Because of your generosity, we were able to make two very large food/basic needs donations to the MSU Student Food Bank () and a $100 monetary donation to the Greater Lansing Food Bank () .

Small actions, big impact: thank you for helping support our neighbors and students in need.

A year ago Brooke joked that her company holiday party was herself sitting on the couch with a glass of wine… look at us now!!!

2025 was a year of growth for Resilient PT! Tonight we got to celebrate all that was accomplished in 2025 and cheered to our futures in 2026 and beyond.

The future is so exciting!!!

The 2025 vision board included Growth, Workshops, Sponsor at 5K and Youtube:

🔸 Growth: Jake Shields, PT, DPT (Owner of Iron Mitten Performance Physical Therapy) and Dana Yeomans, PT, MSPT (Owner of The Journey Functional Movement and Physical Therapy) joined the Resilient Physical Therapy team! More information about their LLCs and the partnership coming soon.

🔸 Workshops: This is still a work in progress but we have our first workshop for employees of a local company scheduled for January 2026. Public workshops hopefully coming in 2026.

🔸 Sponsor a 5K: We had the pleasure to sponsor and provide pre & post race massage and recovery to the participants of the Lansing Juneteenth 5K.

🔸 Youtube Channel: A little change for this one, we built the Resilient Physical Therapy App for your Home Exercise Program.
