🌟 Building something meaningful — together.

We’re grateful for the growing group of organizations who have already committed to supporting the 2026 Greens to Gardens Golf Scramble.

Each sponsor plays a role in preserving the Radiology Healing Gardens — and in shaping an event that brings our community together in a meaningful way.

This list continues to grow, and we’re excited about what we’re building.

If your organization is looking to be part of something lasting, we’d love to connect.

Today is National Walking Day! Just 30 minutes a day is a full-body reset. Here’s why we prescribe it:

Movement is medicine: Walking helps circulate synovial fluid to keep your knees and hips moving smoothly. 🚶‍♀️‍➡️

Active Recovery: It flushes out metabolic waste after a heavy lifting session or a long day at the desk. 👣

Mental Clarity: It’s the cheapest form of stress management available. 🧠

If walking causes you pain, it might be time for a tune-up, let us help with the mechanics so you can enjoy the miles.

What if one leg is doing 30% more work than the other… and you have no idea? 👀

With VALD ForceDecks, we can measure power, balance, and asymmetries that the eye can’t see. Because hidden imbalances can lead to injury risk, slower recovery, and performance plateaus.

ForceDecks allow us to identify:
• Side-to-side asymmetries
• Power deficits
• Poor force absorption
• Balance and stability issues
• Monitor personalized data over time

WHAT'S IN THE NAME - RESILIENT PHYSICAL THERAPY

I chose this name because "resilience" isn't about never breaking; it’s about the strength it takes to rebuild. At Resilient Physical Therapy, we don't just treat muscles and joints, we honor the human that keeps showing up, even when the weight feels too heavy.

Healing is a process.
Strength is a journey.
Resilience is the goal.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury or just trying to get back to feeling like yourself, we see you. Let’s build your strength together.

Perimenopause and menopause aren’t “just hormones.” They can bring joint pain, muscle aches, pelvic floor changes, sleep disruption, balance concerns, and shifts in strength and energy.

Your body isn’t breaking down, it’s transitioning. And with the right support, you can feel strong, capable, and resilient through it.

If you’re navigating perimenopause or menopause and not feeling like yourself, we’re here to help.

3 years ago, the Spartan community lost 3 of our own. Today and every day we demonstrate resilience as we remember the lives lost, honoring those who were injured and recognizing the trauma and emotions that come with this day of remembrance. đź’šđź’šđź’š

Today, we’re shutting down the idea that recovery means freezing, resting forever, or waiting it out. Ice is out. Active recovery is in.

At Resilient PT, we believe healing happens through the PEACE & LOVE approach:
✨ Protect, Educate, Active recovery, Compress, Elevate
❤️ Load, Optimism, Vascularization, Exercise

We’re putting cold, passive recovery on pause and turning the heat up on what actually helps bodies heal: motion, education, and resilience.

We support Ice Out while keeping our clinic open and our community moving.
