Could you recognize the signs if a student or colleague was silently struggling with their mental health?

MSU’s free, virtual mental health crisis recommended training is live in the Ability platform for students, faculty & staff. In just one hour, you’ll learn how to recognize warning signs, offer hope, and connect someone to support.

Think of it like CPR, but for mental health.

Let’s keep showing up for each other.

We appreciate community partners who are committed to supporting student wellbeing.

On February 18, Shake Shack opened its Lansing location and donated $1 from every burger and chicken sandwich sold to the MSU Food Bank and Basic Needs Program.

Ensuring students have access to essential resources is fundamental to their success. Because each dollar can provide up to three meals, this contribution delivered a meaningful impact for our Spartan community.
