There are additional protections in place during the pandemic. Hereโs what to expect during your appointment:
We will meet you at the door whenever possible. Your temperature may be taken before entering the building. Please bring a mask with you to your appointment, and only bring a companion if absolutely necessary. You may be asked to wait in your car.
During your exam, we will minimize conversation and maintain social distancing as much as possible. We will work efficiently to keep your appointment short to reduce the time spent out of your home.
A thorough cleaning of all touched surfaces and objects is completed between each patient visit, using CDC-approved cleaning methods. Additional shields have been added to our equipment and desks to protect you and our team.
All high traffic areas, seats and frequently touched surfaces will be regularly disinfected.
We have re-arranged our schedules to minimize patient wait times and to decrease patient overlaps.
If your visit includes optical, our opticians will assist you. Desks, equipment, and frames are all sanitized between each patient.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we are looking forward to seeing you for your appointment.
