This week our interns have been hard at work learning new job skills!

Annika has mastered the register and is doing an excellent job learning the payment process while continuing to strengthen her customer service skills.

Angel has added a new responsibility—cleaning and sanitizing the dog kennel hallways—and is doing a fantastic job with this task.

Great work, ladies! We’re proud of your progress and dedication. 🌟

Today we celebrate the power of kindness — through our words, actions, and how we treat one another. At Spartan Project SEARCH, our interns and graduates remind us every day that kindness creates connection, builds confidence, and helps everyone thrive.

Our program helps young adults with disabilities grow their skills, independence, and self-esteem — and it all starts with a kind and supportive community. Let’s continue to spread kindness wherever we go, today and every day!

🌟 Intern Spotlight: Jameson 🌟

Jameson is doing an amazing job at MSU Linen Service, helping prepare materials for the entire campus! He’s excelled at folding and sorting aprons, staging napkins, scanning inventory, using the pressing machines, and catching finalized items.

Jameson’s strong work ethic and positive attitude make him a valued part of the team—his coworkers truly enjoy working with him! 💚👏

🌟 Intern Spotlight: Kahlil 🌟

Kahlil has been working hard at Sparty’s in Snyder-Phillips Hall! He takes on a variety of tasks including stocking coolers and dry foods, serving donuts and bagels, running the cash register, assisting customers, and breaking down boxes for recycling.

Kahlil is always ready to jump in wherever he’s needed and gives 100% effort every shift. Great job, Kahlil! 💚💪
