Doesn't the thought of a sound bath seem luxurious? Well it is! And it is also healthy.

MSU Community Music School is offering monthly Sound Bath sessions led by Certified Therapeutic Musician Tess Miller.

This guided meditation with live sound can decrease your stress levels and help your body get into a state of healing for physical, mental, and emotional issues.

Sessions will be on the first Wednesday of the month, with the next session being held on June 1st at 8:15 pm.

Bring your own pillows, mat/sleeping bag, and anything that will help you be comfortable during the hour-long session.
