Living Waters Wellness, Workshops and School formerly Living Waters Yoga has been a PASSION of mine along with God, my husband, my 3 children, family, & friends. For the last 10+ years God has given me the opportunity to be a part of people's lives by way of teaching yoga, certifying others to teach yoga, offering continuing education in other areas of yoga & wellness as well as guiding groups and one on one clients to meet their health and wellness goals! My desire is to help others reach their optimal health in their own MINDS, BODIES and SPIRITS! I STILL teach yoga and am shifting this page to cover all I offer which is the following:

~YOGA one on one as well as classes
~200hr Yoga Teacher Training
~TBA 300hr Yoga Teacher Training (application still under review)
~One on one or small group personally training
~Workshops, certifications and CEU's on a variety of areas
~Retreat Hosting in US & internationally
~Disease/Illness Prevention and Healing (weight loss, digestion & much more!)

Tomorrow! SPECIAL Class November 15th 10a! YIN YOGA! Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice that emphasizes long-held, passive poses to target deep connective tissues. Aiming to balance the body, mind, and emotions. This style of yoga contrasts with more active "yang" styles, promoting stillness and cooling the body. Yin yoga is practiced primarily on the floor, using seated and reclined poses, and often incorporates props for support.
