A healthy heart leads to a healthier, longer life so don’t skip that brisk walk around the block! If you are managing an injury, cardiovascular condition, or want to push yourself to the next level with fitness, a physical therapist is the best choice for guiding you safely to an active lifestyle.

Sometimes the simplest posture adjustments make the biggest difference 🧍‍♀️. Practicing better standing posture throughout the day can help prevent chronic pain, reduce aches, and support long-term comfort ✔️. Small tweaks add up to healthier movement.
Posture Checklist:
Distribute your weight evenly through the arch of each foot
Stack your knees over the second and third toes
Keep hips neutral with ribs gently stacked down
Maintain a natural spine without slouching or overextending
Relax the shoulders down and slightly back
Align the head directly over the shoulders
Gently tuck the chin to a neutral position
Keep your gaze straight ahead

Activate your core with this side bridge exercise 🔥 Lie on your side with your elbow directly under your shoulder and your legs stacked, then lift your hips to form a straight line from head to feet. Keep your core engaged and hips level as you hold 🧘‍♂️, then switch sides after each set. Perform 3 sets of 30-second holds per side using a floor mat.
