Whether you need assistance for a few hours a day or around the clock, Integra Health is here. ON CALL 24 HOURS A DAY. We are available 24 hours a day.

Integra Home Health is a family owned and operated, full-service home care agency. Our custom care plans can include any combination of personal care assistance, homemaking, companionship, transportation, nursing services, medication management, and other specialized services. We also provide respite care and overnight supervision. Integra provides seniors with care and support short term, part-time or around the clock. Our services are provided by compassionate, experienced and reliable home health aides, homemakers and nurses. All of the members of your selected care team are trained, insured, certified, and appropriately licensed. Integra services were developed to provide you with the highest level of care, tailored to your individual requirements. Our services are available in your home, in an assisted living, in a senior housing community, or in a nursing home. Integra provides a free care assessment and will develop a customized care plan to meet your needs. Integra Home Health Agency is a member of the Massachusetts Council for Home Care Aide Services, Inc., as well as an accredited member of the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts.

It was wonderful connecting with the community at the Agawam Senior Center!

Our very own Amie represented Integra Home Health at the recent networking event, sharing information and resources with local seniors, families, and professionals. Events like these are a wonderful reminder of how strong our local network is when it comes to supporting older adults and helping them remain safe and comfortable at home.
