It's time to work for the turk! Grab a family member or buddy and get your turkey burn on with this Thanksgiving Themed Circuit

Perform each exercise for a set time and rest for a set time before moving on to the next movement. Cycle through the circuit for 1, 2, or 3 sets!

Beginners- 30 seconds of work, 30 seconds of rest
Intermediates- 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds of rest
Advanced- 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
