What are the benefits?
•After just 20 minutes in an infrared sauna your body will begin to relax & detox itself.
•Infrared saunas improve blood circulation & provide potential pain relief, as well as reduce blood pressure & inflammation.
•Infrared heat can stimulate collagen production, leading to healthier skin.
•Staying consistent with the infrared sauna can lead to better sleep, weight loss & so much more!

How do I book?
•The best way to schedule your infrared sauna session is by calling us directly. This allows us to ensure your experience is seamless, personalized & free of any scheduling issues.

How long should I be in the sauna for & what does it cost?
•Each infrared sauna session is scheduled for 30 minutes as this is the sweet spot for clients to fully reach that therapeutic zone, without overdoing it.
•Each 30-minute session is $35.00

Can I shower afterwards?
•Yes! We do provide the option to shower so long as one of our float rooms is open for you to do so. We provide towels as well.

This month, we’re focusing on the importance of ✨exfoliation✨

As we age, our natural cell turnover slows down, making regular exfoliation essential for maintaining smooth, radiant skin. By removing the outermost layer of dead skin, exfoliation helps refine texture and allows your skincare products to pe*****te more effectively.

At Tranquil Balance, we typically avoid physical scrubs, as they can be too harsh and may lead to broken capillaries or stubborn milia. Instead, we recommend gentle chemical exfoliation. Not only does it effectively remove dead skin, but it can also support anti-aging, brighten hyperpigmentation and soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Choosing the right exfoliating acid for your skin type is 🔑key, as each one is designed to target specific concerns.
Because chemical exfoliation can increase sun sensitivity, daily SPF is a must!

Some of Tammy’s favorite options for a healthy, glowing complexion include Daily Defense SPF, Glycolic & Retinol Peel Pads, and the Calm Skin Peel.
