Welcome, I am Janine Geida LMFT, aka J9. My private practice is the leading counseling and therapy clinic in East Lyme, CT and the surrounding area. My versatile services include individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, anxiety counseling, marriage counseling, family therapy, therapy for therapists, staff mental health services, and much more.

Therapy at J9 Counseling and Consultation is designed to discover and focus on what YOU want and need. There is no "know it all" therapist here. I never presume to "know" all the answers. I do, however, have the questions that will help you find answers within yourself. We all have the answers within ourselves- we just need the patience, time, and safe environment that will allow us to find those answers. J9 Counseling and Consultation is that place.
