Stone Soup Adventures Stone Soup Adventures is a collaborative group which encourages wellbeing through education, rec and leisure, therapeutic methods, and whole body wellness.

I am here to bring balance into your life. I am a a certified in positive psychology with a degree in recreational therapy. I am not a standard in office therapist or a fly by night life coach. I will help you find what makes you, YOU and then work with who you are NOW (not what you were yesterday) to create a future you can feel GOOD in. We will build on your strengths, not analyze your weaknesses. We will set goals together for a life well lived. I provide assistance for groups, families, couples, and individuals. I work with all abilities, financial status, and ages. Come to my office "playroom," meet me out in the world, or come on an adventure... lets play!!!
