Cabaret Evening Performance
April 10, 11, 17 & 18, 2026 | 7:30 PM
Quad City Music Guild, 1584 34th Avenue, Moline, IL
Cost: $20
Step into the world of 1920s Berlin, where music, nightlife, and shifting history collide. Cabaret unfolds inside a nightclub where the charismatic Emcee invites you to leave your worries behind—while, just beyond the stage, the world begins to change in ways that cannot be ignored. Through the intertwined stories of writer Cliff, performer Sally Bowles, and the residents of a boarding house navigating uncertain times, the production moves between glamour and gravity. Iconic songs like “Willkommen,” “Cabaret,” and “Don’t Tell Mama” carry the story forward with both energy and edge. Set against the backdrop of a society on the brink, Cabaret is a musical that lingers—both for its unforgettable score and the questions it quietly leaves behind.

Do you have an emergency plan and kits prepared? Seniors can be caught off guard and unprepared in case of disruptions due to weather events. Spring is a good time to get ducks in a row in case the power goes out or you get stranded in your vehicle. Fill a backpack with some supplies and keep it in your house or car. Keep devices charged during bad weather, just in case the power goes out. And have a plan to stay in touch with family and friends so they know you are okay.
