If you’ve been trying to change your nutrition habits… and nothing sticks…
it’s not always a discipline issue.
As a dietitian, I’ve seen this over and over.
Most people already know what to do:
what to eat
how to structure meals
what “works”
But knowing isn’t the problem.
The body has to be in a state where it can actually follow through.
When your system has been running in stress all day,
it will default back to familiar patterns.
Not because you lack willpower.
Because your body is trying to regulate.
This is where nutrition alone isn’t enough anymore.
This is where my work as a dietitian has evolved beyond traditional nutrition.
Nutrition still matters.
But it has to land in a body that feels safe enough to receive it.
