We talk about wanting more money, more options, more health, more time, more love….but what I have found that we really want, is to trust ourselves completely so we 🍁stop leaking energy,
🍁doubting decisions,
🍁and outsourcing authority.

That is the practice of tuning into our intuition. It’s a reminder that is in MANY of my personal journals over the years!!

When I stop outsourcing my authority on me, I listen to my intuition.

Nashville friends!! Today, I had THE BEST BBQ I have ever had!! I’m not kidding!

If you haven’t been to and BBQ by you are missing out!!! 948 Mains street right next to Gym 5.

The atmosphere is old school East Nashville and the BBQ is outrageous! The beer is brewed in house, ( recommends the Hazy) and the non alcoholic soda is DELICIOUS!

See you all there next weekend for their Octoberfest specials!!

It takes trust. Real trust with self, God, Source, Universe.

Pay attention to when your body speaks louder than words on a page or voices from someone else. Trust that your body knows.

Get to know your nervous system. When does it react? What calms it?

Listen and feel the difference between your head voice and your heart voice (we need both, but knowing the difference helps us trust self).

In the moments and seasons when you feel out of alignment, allow patience and allow guidance. We often need both ;). Talk to someone.

If you feel desperate for someone in your life to heal, pay closer attention to your healing journey. This will be messy and imperfect, None of us have it all figured out. You’re not alone.

Set boundaries that align with your healing. This will feel messy and imperfect. None of us have it all figured out. You’re not alone.

As an adult, You get to decide what’s best for you. That means no else gets to decide for you, and also, you don’t get to decide for other adults what’s best for them.

Keep moving forward. And teach yourself how to be comfortable in the static middle. If you’re feeling really stuck, it usually means you’re just at the edge of change.

We finally got onto the water today! Old trusty red is still doing great! (Many miles on this red kayak that use to be my mamas). The weather was perfect! What a great way to start a Sunday!
