To manage holiday stress, prioritize self-care by getting enough sleep, eating well, and exercising; set boundaries by saying "no" and limiting social media; practice mindfulness through breathing or meditation; stay connected with loved ones, but don't overcommit; honor grief if you're mourning; and maintain routines to keep yourself grounded.

So incredibly proud of our CPI clients. 🤩❤️🥰 They put their hearts and souls into making these exceptional posters for our Mental Health Awareness day celebration and then presented them during this special event. They left the entire staff breathless as they discussed what mental illness and mental health awareness means to them on a personal level.
