Here are some good tips for seniors during the winter time.
We might not have snow here in the Bay Area ❄️but it still gets rainy and cold and elders can be more susceptible to colds and flu.
Help them out by checking for drafts, floor surfaces to make sure they're not wet from rain coming in the doors, see if they have enough blankets on their beds and warm and healthy food to eat. 🧡👵👴⛄️🌧

You can be totally bummed out that it's Monday or you can choose gratitude.
It's a blessing to have a job and hopefully fun and nice co workers to work with.
It's also a blessing to be of service to others.
If you have a lousy attitude it will make you feel grumpy and upset all day.

Also patience, kindness and understanding.
Elders have their good days and bad days, just like the rest of us but their bad days might be compounded by health issues, being in pain, having to adjust to things like mobility issues, etc.
#5 is also very important if you are a care giver.
You cannot be of service to others if you don't take care of yourself.
