In the sacred traditions of the East, a woman is understood as Shakti—the cosmic force that creates, nurtures, and transforms life itself.

When a woman remembers her true nature, she stops chasing validation and stops fearing betrayal. She lets life reveal what people do with the love they were given.

If someone mishandles something genuine, that is their lesson to live with.

A woman grounded in her truth simply chooses peace and continues forward.

The sacred feminine is not weak or submissive.
She is the fierce clarity of Kali, the boundless love of Devi, and the wisdom of Saraswati.

And once a woman remembers that power within herself.. she becomes impossible to diminish.

There’s something sacred about the in-between moments.

Before the music rises.
Before the shaking begins.
Before the deep stillness settles in.

We gather in a circle. Tea in hand. A few sweet bites. Gentle laughter. Logistics. Real life. Real women. Real presence.

Then the current shifts.
We move.
We shake.
We dance the dust off our bones.
We breathe.
We soften into meditation.
We write what feels heavy, what feels complete, what feels ready to go.
And then… we release.

Each intention placed on dissolvable paper.
Lowered into water.

Watched as it disappears — not forced, not dramatic — just gently returning to the elements.

Afterward, we journaled.
We shared.
We listened.

Integration is where the magic anchors.

Every circle reminds me that healing doesn’t have to be loud to be powerful.
Sometimes it looks like tea.
Sometimes it looks like tears.
Sometimes it looks like women witnessing each other without trying to fix a thing.

Grateful for every soul who stepped in.

🌕 Our next moon circle is Sunday, April 5th. That fall’s just a few days past April’s Full Moon, which is traditionally called the Pink Moon — the first big lunar light of spring, named after blooming wildflowers and seasonal renewal. In 2026 it peaks in Libra right at the start of the month.
