The Importance of Living Your Truth

No one is perfect—we're all learning as we navigate the paths we choose. Life is a series of lessons, and each experience shapes who we become. When we dwell too long on what didn’t work out, we risk overlooking the opportunities still in front of us. Growth comes from acknowledging the past, not being defined by it.

Living your truth means showing up authentically, owning your journey, and consciously choosing to focus on the light that remains—even when things fall apart. There’s power in that choice. There’s healing in that perspective. And there’s freedom in moving forward with grace, not regret.

The aftermath of the EPs “storm” resembles a mini hurricane. A tree in my side yard snapped in half, annihilating my yoga studio. Time to get to work … Yoga with Rav will certainly return stronger.
