As Newton’s laws go, an object in motion tends to stay in motion. And in my youth, I was a body in motion. I grew up a competitive equestrian and was a three-sport varsity athlete in high school. In my twenties this evolved to group fitness and fun runs. I felt unstoppable.

Valentine’s Day Couples Workout was a blast! ❤️
212s Version of the Newlywed game, with fun questions asked and debated, LOL, fun partner drills spliced in to our workout! With a cool down, stretch, roses and give aways!
Our Longest relationship was 46 years and our shortest was 3 years. They both won a coffee date on us to spend some time together to keep it going. Thank you to all that attended!

We had our friend Jen from come in this week to lead our 212 Team Education In Service: The Core and the Pelvic Floor—helping coaches better understand how these systems work together. Lots of nuggets, laughs and information shared. Picking up blueberries has a whole new meaning. 😁😁

Team 212 stepped away from the walls of the gym and had a great time at Top Golf. Some of the ladies found a new sport they love. Steven was crushing the ball all day long! Rob continued to win at the long ball. Lots of fun and laughs had all day.

Thank you to ,the crew over at and the for coming in and doing a healthy cooking demo and discussion. Lots of laughs were had, ideas were shared and of course some good food was eaten. We look forward to the next time we join forces!
