Join us for a hands-on workshop that breaks down the Big 3 lifts: Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift.

We’ll cover proper setup, bracing, and technique step by step, with simple adjustments for anyone dealing with shoulder, knee, or back issues.

Even experienced lifters will pick up new cues, get spotting practice, and leave feeling more confident under the bar. We’ll cover fundamentals, help you refine your technique, and show you how strength training can build confidence on and off the platform.
