Do you want to learn how to meditate and explore its benefits?
Join us for an introduction to zazen, a formal zen meditation practice that develops samadhi (a state of pure relaxation and clarity with a unified mind and body condition) and cultivates KAN (spiritual intuition).
This "crash course" will introduce you to Rinzai Zen practice. Participants will learn about Zen practice and meditation through instruction and discussion.
