Looking to stay active, feel stronger, and move with confidence? This week’s class is all about purposeful movement that supports your body and your heart.

We’ll work on gentle strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination — movements that matter for everyday life. Everything is done at a comfortable, supportive pace, with options for all ability levels.

You don’t need to be “fit” to join — just willing to move, breathe, and take care of yourself.

Come move with heart, connect with others, and leave feeling accomplished and energized. ❤️

This Thursday - FREE walker safety and fit check at our Wellness Clinic!

Using a walker should help you feel safe, steady and confident. At our upcoming Clinic happening on Jan 29th, our licensed PT team will check walker height, hand grips, and overall condition to help you improve posture, comfort and safety during daily walking.

Please note this is not a repair clinic, but if that's what you need, we can point you in the right direction.

Whether you're new to a walker or have been using one for years, a quick check can make a big difference. Stop by and bring a friend, family member and/or caregiver. All are welcome!

Mobility is the key to staying independent and doing the things you love. Come to our Wellness Clinic a week from today and get a FREE mobility check to help you understand how well you're moving and where you might improve.

Our licensed PT team will guide you through simple movements to assess flexibility and balance. Whether you've noticed stiffness, want to prevent falls, or just want to keep moving well, this is a great place to start!

Wheelchair safety and performance check - FREE at our upcoming Wellness Clinic

Your wheelchair should support you and your life, not slow you down. At next week's Wellness Clinic (Jan 29 from 1-3pm), we'll be offering safety and performance checks to ensure your chair fits well, moves smoothly, and is aligned properly to keep you safe, comfortable and moving.

Please note these are checks and not repairs :), but if repairs are needed, our friendly PT team can point you in the right direction.

No appointment necessary - just stop by. Caregivers and family members are welcome, too.

We're excited to offer FREE strength screenings at our upcoming Wellness Clinic, happening on January 29th from 1-3pm. Strength plays a huge role in balance, mobility, injury prevention, and everyday activity. This is a chance to see how your strength measures up!

Our friendly PT team will guide you through a simple and safe test - no heavy lifting required...just helpful insights and encouragement.
