Who can participate?
- Children between ages 5-12 with an autism diagnosis
- One parent or guardian

What will you do?
- You and your child wear a watch for days
- You fill out an app telling us about your day

What do participants get?
- $50 compensation each for both adult and child

PTSD is not a weakness, it is a human response to overwhelming experiences and healing is possible.

✨ Whether trauma came from military service, abuse, accidents, loss, or other life events. Every journey through PTSD is unique, and every step toward healing matters.

You are not alone.
Support is available. Healing can take many forms: talk therapy, movement, mindfulness, connection with animals, community, and more.

If today feels heavy, be gentle with yourself.

Even mild dehydration can impact mood, concentration, and emotional regulation. Feeling foggy or irritable? It might be time for a water break.

✨ Mental health tip of the day:
Refill your water bottle. Sip slowly. Rest in the shade. Give your nervous system the support it needs, especially in the heat.

Men face mental health challenges too, but too often, they’re told to “tough it out” or “stay strong.” The truth is, strength looks like speaking up, asking for help, and taking care of your mental well-being.

This June, we’re raising awareness and reminding all men:
✅ It’s okay to feel
✅ It’s okay to talk about it
✅ It’s okay to get support
✅ You are not alone
