Yes I bloopered my way through this video. And I kept it because 1) its hilarious and 2) its the same vibe as trying to eat dinner at 830 pm and expecting your body to just figure it out

Eating close to sleep is one of the most underrated ways women unknowingly steal their own energy, slow their digestion, tax their liver and wake up feeling like they never rested at all

Your body cannot fully repair, detox, and digest at the same time. When you eat late.. your body chooses digestion. & everything else.. the liver work, cellular repair and hormone regulation that is supposed to happen overnight gets pushed back or skipped entirely

You wake up puffy, heavy and already behind

Most people think of Bloating, gas and constipation when they think of gut issues

Think of your gut lining like a fishnet. Ita designed to be selective. Let the good though & keep the bad out

& where do they end up?

Your joints. Your skin. Your thyroid. Your immune system. Your head.

The missing piece in your gut healing has nothing to do with food, supplements, or testing... and yes, this is the woo woo part. The part that doesn't fit on a lab report or a supplement schedule. The part that most practitioners skip entirely because they don't know how to prescribe it and doctors dismiss because THEY CANT SELL IT.

your gut has more nerve endings than your spinal cord (cue having to use the bathroom when nervous) and it feels everything

Every unspoken emotion
Every moment you swallowed something you actually wanted to say
Every time your body braced for something that never came...or did come and never got processed

Gratitude is not just a mindset practice. It is a nervous system signal. When you are genuinely in a state of thankfulness, your body shifts out of fight or flight. Your vagus nerve activates. Your digestion turns back ON

This not woo woo. This is biology baby

The women I work with who heal the fastest are almost always the ones who do both:
The physical foundation work and the emotional work The eating schedules and the nervous system regulation
The gut repair and the grief they finally let themselves feel

Your emotions are not separate from your gut health. They are part of it & unless we treat them that way, we are only ever doing half the work

Somehow we have been tricked into thinking that more things & more noise will somehow bring us more peace and longevity

We are moving backwards, away from the first medicine God gave us, nature

This is your reminder to get outside! Let's NORMALIZE spending time outside WITHOUT our screens!
(I know such a radical statement these days)

For years, I was bloated every single day. Constantly constipated. In pain that I had normalised so completely I forgot what it felt like to not be in it.
& somewhere along the way, food became the enemy.

I started to fear eating. Not because I had an eating disorder in the way most people recognise one..but because every meal felt like a gamble. Will this be the thing that sets me off today? Should I just not eat? Is it safer to skip it?

That fear is one of the most exhausting things I have ever carried. And I carried it quietly for a long time.
What I know now after healing my own gut and working with 50+ women to do the same is that the food was never the problem

My body didn't know how to feel safe. And a body that doesn't feel safe cannot digest. Cannot heal. Cannot do any of the things we try to force it to do with protocols and supplements and elimination diets.

The foundation that changed everything for me wasn't a cleanse. It wasn't a test. It wasn't cutting out another food group

It was rhythm. Routine. And learning how to work with my nervous system instead of against it

Eating at regular times. Giving my body the signal that food was coming and it was safe. Letting my digestive system actually prepare instead of constantly being caught off guard.

That's where healing starts. Not with the fancy stuff. With the foundation
