Feeling scattered?
As February comes to a close, this month hasn’t asked us to expand.
It’s asked us to consolidate.
Earlier this month during our Collective IG Live (Feb 10), our LAPS Practitioners — Katherine, Trung, and Amy — gathered around this exact energy.
Not doing more.
Not adding more.
But returning to what’s core.
Amy reminded us:
“Consolidation is coming back to what grounds you — the practices that regulate your nervous system and bring you home.”
Not the newest method.
The ones that already work.
Trung reflected on simplifying:
Sometimes we’re doing less because we’re holding too much.
Over-collecting.
Over-consuming.
Over-extending.
Simplify.
Katherine shared about gathering all parts of ourselves — past versions, lessons, angles — and bringing them into the present moment.
Because empowerment happens when we stop fragmenting ourselves.
Consolidation isn’t contraction.
It’s concentration.
It’s refinement.
It’s anchoring before expansion.
