On October 19, our team joined the Onondaga Community College Menโ€™s Lacrosse team at the SRC Arena for a memorial walk honoring their teammate, Ty Freyer, whose life was tragically lost to su***de. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿฅ

Together, we walked to honor Tyโ€™s memory, to support one another, and to remind our community that no one should ever struggle alone.

Contact is here 24/7 to listen, support, and connect people to help through the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline and 211 for essential community resources.

A heartfelt thank you to Coach Erik Mattox, the entire Onondaga Community College Athletics Lacross team, and everyone who came together to raise awareness and support mental health in our community.

โ˜Ž๏ธ If you or someone you know needs help, call or text 988 today.
๐Ÿ“ฃ Please share this post to help spread hope and awareness.

Last weekend we were honored to join the AFSP Out of Darkness Walk at Long Branch Park standing together with hundreds of community members, families, and advocates to support su***de prevention and mental health awareness. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’š

We connected with so many incredible people, shared vital resources like 988 and 211, and were especially inspired by the youth who showed up in full force to help break the stigma. Our next generation is truly leading the way toward hope and healing.

If you or someone you know needs support, you are never alone:
