Lactation consultants in-office We see children from birth to 18 and have evening/weekend hours. As a PCMH, we have lab and imaging services on-site at our Liverpool office and lactation consultants at both locations. We are open 7 days a week! Our phones are on M-F 8-5, Sat & Sun 8-12, however we do book appointments into the evenings most days and Sat/Sun for acute sick visits! Please call as soon as you know you need to be seen and please cancel if you can no longer attend your appointment to avoid "No Show" fees and give other families a chance to get in!

Schools in NY will be implementing a no cell phone policy this year.

After consulting with our pediatric specialists at both Upstate Golisano and Strong Golisano (Rochester) we will be following the AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics) guidance regarding this policy and will not be writing exemption letters regarding cell phones.
While there are some conditions that truly warrant having a cell phone at all times (diabetes, cardiac monitoring) these should be coming directly from the specialist who manages these conditions and the specialists at both institutions have agreed to write these letter on an as-needed basis.
